End of Days' SCAR-L, now on arby26's desert rifle reanimation. Acog scope and AN/PEQ-2 for laser and flashlight attachments. The scope lens uses realtime reflections on any map with an env_cubemap. Updated the wees and no smoothing errors this time (from what I've seen). The sounds are optional and must be manually installed.
The previous version was problematic from the beginning, the anims having been designed for an M4 in the first place. At any rate, I added a sweet new Acog. The lens is from VALVe's AWP, which is in L4D2 anyway, so it should be fine.
- The bolt is misaligned. It's the best I could do without affecting the rest of the model. That or animating, which I can't do.
- Ejector is on the wrong side. But if I mirrored the gun, the bolt would be on the wrong side. That would be the modeler's decision. Deal with it. Haha.
