Vagispy as Smoker

Replaces the smoker's coughing with backwards spy quotes from TF2.

To install simply drop the "voice" folder in.

steamapps\common\left 4 dead 2\left4dead2\sound\player\smoker. Start L4D2, rebuild the audio cache, and done.
