Corrupt textures extracted

Hi,

I was just extracting all the files from the pak01_dir.vpk today but the textures seem to be broken. I can neither open them with irfanview nor with CS4.

Also tried it several times, with another tool as well but it ends with the same issue.

What can I do?

    Textures are VTF's. So use VTF-Plugins for your program or use VTFedit.

    I got all the plugins, and every vtf-file I want to open works, but not the ones I want to extract from the archive.

    EDIT: Ok, I could solve the problem now. My vtf-version was out of date.
