Weird sounds?

So I was playing Left 4 Dead 2 and I was using some custom skins. When I was playing with the Single Pistol and the magazine came out this high pitched noise played. But when I was playing with the Deagle almost all of the reloading sounds were high pitched. Except for the shooting sound. Can you guys tell me how to fix this?
