Left 4 Dead 2 - Game Unavailable ALL THE TIME!

Help me! Everytime I want to launch Left 4 Dead 2, it says it's unavailable I need help fast!

Hi Gamebanana. I really need help, Left 4 Dead 2 is always saying "Sorry, this game is unavailable please try again at another time" every time I try and launch it.

Basically it launches and in 2 seconds it says that. I don't know what to do either, since I downloaded Doktor Haus' Skins for Left 4 Dead 2, it broke some of my sounds pretty badly so I had to uninstall all addons and start from scratch using Arby's reanimated weapons instead including some of Haus' Beretta M92FS Pistols, I downloaded the pistols first then the SMGs after but the sound was silent (since there wasn't a file) so I had to get them from GCFScape, also I defragmented my files and so on but after defragmenting it keeps saying that god damn message and it's starting to really piss me off.

Anyone here to help me please?

    After pretty much raping the game ,you should reinstall it....

    That happened to me for MW3 in some time but I think it was like that because of the new DLC.
